Greenlemon Offers Training to NGOs at MDP Held at IIMK

The Social Services Group (SSG) of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode organized a Management Development Programme during 22-23 Feb 2010 aimed to introduce the latest management practices to the social entrepreneurs and NGOs for streamlining their operations. The 2 day residential programme at IIMK campus was handled by the esteemed faculty of IIMK and various guest lecturers.

 

Greenlemon’s Vice President Sales & Marketing, Mr. Shamanth M. Rao was one of the guest lecturers who spoke on Internet Marketing and Web Analytics, and how companies could leverage them to the success of their overall marketing strategy. The programme was participated by social entrepreneurs and top management people from various NGOs across South India. The objective of the programme was to impart high quality training to the participants to enhance their managerial skills and meet the requirements of the sponsoring organization.

Greenlemon At "Reinventing Malabar"

Marking the celebration of the 80th year of its existence, The Malabar Chamber of Commerce organized a conference on the future prospects of Malabar. The event named “Reinventing Malabar” took place during the period Jan 29 – 31, 2010 where Greenlemon had the privilege to be a part of the discussion panel. The CEO of Greenlemon Internet Marketing & Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, Mr. Anvar T.K was one of the members at the panel discussion where he spoke on “IT @ Malabar – Vision 2020” – emphasizing the development prospects of the IT sector in the Malabar region.

“Reinventing Malabar” was aimed to facilitate a platform to formulate strategies to evolve Malabar into a destination luring global investment. Participated by various business dignitaries across the region, the event emphasized the growth prospects across the IT, HR, health tourism and infrastructure tourism sectors. Seminars and interactive panel discussions spanning across 3 days facilitated waves of powerful thoughts and ideas on the emergence of Malabar as an ideal global investment destination.


Greenlemon has been actively involved in its initiative to develop the local IT community. Apart from Malabar Chamber of Commerce, it has also been actively engaged with Calicut Forum for IT (CaFIT), Calicut IT Initiative (CITI) and IIM Kozhikode.
