Pre-sales executive


Responsibilities:
The pre-sales executive’s primary responsibility will be to manage incoming inquiries, and to convert them into confirmed orders/sales. The role pertains to web-design and web development projects only. The pre-sales executive will be required to:
  • Be Greenlemon’s point of contact for customers, partners and prospects
  • Understand prospect/customer/partner requirements. Discuss requirements with technical team. Translate requirements into proposals and send them to prospects/customers/partners
  • Discuss proposals with prospects/customers/partners and clear any doubts
  • Follow up on sent proposals, and close deals
Key result areas:
  • Number of inquiries responded to
  • Number of proposals sent
  • Number of closed deals
  • Revenue from closed deals
  • Conversion rate from inquiries to closed deals
  • Conversion rate from proposals sent to closed deals
  • Revenue per inquiry
  • Revenue per proposal sent
Expectations/Prerequisites:
Essential:
  • Comfort in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in a client facing role
  • Familiarity with the internet
Desirable, but not essential:
  • Prior experience in web design and web development industry, preferably in a sales/business development role
  • In the absence of above point, prior experience in any technology based industry, preferably in a sales/business development role
  • Technical knowledge (of web based technologies like html, CMS etc) will not be necessary. What little knowledge is necessary can be learnt on the job

Web Design Lead


The web design lead primary responsibility will be to ensure satisfactory completion of web design projects. The web design lead will be the primary point of contact with the client after confirmation of a project.

Responsibilities:
Before project confirmation:
  • Collect customer requirements from the sales team or customer
  • Evaluate effort, technology, resource requirements
After project confirmation:
  • Mobilize resources according to requirements and technology required
  • Plan the overall web design work, and allocate to resources
  • Set timelines for completion of various stages of project and ensure timely compliance
  • Coordinate with clients, give regular updates on project progress to clients
  • Take any feedback and modify project accordingly
The web design lead will also be responsible for identifying hiring needs, and for coordinating hiring processes for technology based roles.

Key result areas:
  • Conversion rate from proposals sent to closed deals
  • Percentage of projects completed on schedule
  • Slippage from estimated time
  • Client satisfaction (measured by the number and percentage of clients who agree to write positive testimonials)
  • Number of projects completed
Expectations/Prerequisites:
  • Prior experience in a team lead/project lead role in the technology space, preferably in web design/development
  • Demonstrated expertise in web design or web development technologies

Web Designer


Responsibilities:
To execute web design projects, on time, to specifications and with adequate quality.

Key result areas:
  • On time execution of projects
  • Slippage time
  • Number of hours of rework. Percentage of rework time
  • Client satisfaction (measured by the number and percentage of clients who agree to write positive testimonials)
  • Number of projects completed
Prerequisites/Expectations:
  • Demonstrated expertise in web design, using web based technologies. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred

Search Engine Marketer


Responsibilities:
  • To prepare proposals and client strategy for search engine marketing projects
  • To execute search engine marketing projects
  • To meet targets of deliverables on time and on budget
  • To use web analytics data to make actionable recommendations for client account
Key result areas:
  • Meeting of deliverable targets
  • Number of accounts handled
  • Number of large accounts handled
  • Number of proposals prepared
  • Number of proposals converted into final sales
Prerequisites/Expectations:
  • Demonstrated expertise in search engine marketing. Candidates with Google Adwords Professional Certification will be preferred

Manager - Partnerships


Responsibilities:
  • Be Greenlemon’s point of contact for partners
  • Understand partner requirements. Discuss requirements with technical team. Translate requirements into proposals and send them to partners
  • Discuss proposals with partners and clear any doubts
  • Follow up on sent proposals, and close deals
  • Recruit new partners for Greenlemon’s partner program
Key result areas:
  • Number of partners acquired
  • Revenue per partner
  • Number of proposals sent
  • Number of closed deals
  • Revenue from closed deals
  • Conversion rate from inquiries to closed deals
  • Conversion rate from proposals sent to closed deals
  • Revenue per inquiry
  • Revenue per proposal sent
Expectations/Prerequisites:

Essential:
  • Comfort in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in a client facing role
  • Familiarity with the internet space
Desirable, but not essential:
  • Prior experience in web design and web development industry, preferably in a sales/business development role
  • In the absence of point a., prior experience in any technology based industry, preferably in a sales/business development role
  • Prior experience in building partners/channel relationships will be a big plus

Business Development Manager


Responsibilities, expectations:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
  • New client acquisition
  • Retention and repeat orders from existing clients
Our focus will be to drive business development mainly for our digital advertising and web development services.

We expect the executive to focus on the following verticals:
  • Travel and tourism – tour operators, resorts, hotels, hospitality property owners
  • Real Estate
  • Education
  • Industrial / B2B
Openings are based in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai and Kerala

Prerequisites:
We are looking for highly motivated, flexible people with at least 2 years of sales/business development experience. We expect sales/business development experience in one of the following two areas:
  • IT/Web based businesses – web design and development, ad sales etc
  • Businesses that will be our target market – travel and tourism, real estate, education etc
Familiarity with the respective local market will be essential. Exceptional candidates with less than 2 years of sales experience may also apply.

  • Client retention rate

Copywriter


Responsibilities:
  • Writing content for client websites
  • Analyzing and optimizing user experience on client websites
Key result areas:
  • On time completion of work
  • Meeting of client KRAs – sales, leads, inquiries from client websites
Prerequisites:
  • Demonstrated expertise in written English
  • Published work in any form will be a plus
  • Prior experience in an advertising/technical writing role is desirable

PHP Developer


PHP developer’s primary responsibility will be to design and develop program modules for different solutions. The candidate is also expected to work with PHP based CMS software such as Joomla, Drupal etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop modules of the solution using PHP
  • Design and create Database based on the application requirement
  • Do unit testing of application modules developed
  • Work in co ordination with team members to meet project goals
  • Implementation of PHP based CMS packages
  • To be able to work on related technologies via self learning
Key result areas:
  • Develop bug free program modules in compliance with set industry and company standards
  • Development/implementations within set time frame
Expectations/Prerequisites:
  • Prior experience as PHP developer developing entire application or program modules
  • Very good database knowledge for effective design and creation
  • Good analytical skills

Creative Lead


The Creative lead’s primary responsibility will be to come up with highly creative inputs for various medium of work such as web and print. The creative lead will be also responsible to review the work done by the team in terms of design quality and freshness.

Responsibilities:
  • Visualize the graphic theme that would be best suitable for a customer
  • Review the graphic work done by team members
  • Be a creative inspiration for the team guiding them to generate quality graphic work
  • Communicate with peers, team leads and managers to improve graphic quality
  • Attend to details of creative output
Key result areas:
  • Remarkable improvement in quality of graphic output
  • Make overall graphic standard of work comparable with leading design houses
  • Improve team graphic/creative capability
Expectations/Prerequisites:
  • Prior experience as creative lead in a reputed design house providing services to leading companies
  • Having artistic skills such as freehand drawing, painting or other fine arts
  • Should have in-depth understanding of the online user experience
  • Should stay abreast of the latest design trends and new media technologies
